On June 21, 2026, in Parc Louis-Querbes, in the heart of the city of Joliette, Waskapitan will bring together thousands of people in a vibrant, inclusive and deeply human atmosphere. In the Atikamekw language, Waskapitan means "let's get closer together" - a call for encounters, dialogue and respect between peoples. This is precisely what the event offers: a living space where cultures, knowledge and communities meet.
