Mountain biking is gaining popularity in Lanaudière and continues to attract new riders! Whatever your skill level, you’ll have fun exploring our beautiful mountains trails.
Parc Nature-Étude
Located in the heart of the village of Saint-Donat, there are 4 km of trails with few hills for cyclists of all levels. There is also a short expert section with gaps and culverts as well as a beginner’s course and a small pump track. Access is free, but online registration is required.

Val Saint-Côme
Description: The Val Saint-Côme has an impressive pro-line trail that will challenge even the most experienced amateurs. For beginners of all ages, a training area equipped with learning modules offers you the opportunity to develop your skills and discover the sport in complete safety.

Val Notre-Dame Abbey
Ride through fields and a forest with breathtaking views at the top of the mountain. There are short- and long-distance trails for all skill levels. The site currently offers 7 km of trails, but there are plans to add more.

Parc Louis-Philippe-De-Grandpré
Enjoy a break along the L’Assomption River while riding the various trails through diverse nature. Single-track trails for cyclists of all levels.

Ski Montcalm
A small mountain, trails that aren’t too steep, gentle turns and nice courses, open on weekends from August to mid-October. Nine trails of varying skill levels are accessible by chairlift. There are also nine cross-country trails and the pump track at the bottom of the slopes. The perfect place to learn with your family.

Nearly 20 km of single-track trails for beginner to intermediate cyclists, located in the city of Terrebonne's biodiversity corridor.

Challenging trails for those in search of an adrenaline fix! Over 30 km of trails featuring technical climbs and descents that will test your reflexes.

These 8 km of narrow winding trails can be accessed for free and feature a nice variety of obstacles for self-guided riding.

Parc des Pionniers
The more than 6 km of mountainous terrain will appeal to intermediate and advanced cyclists. You have access to several trails, and the winding climbs take you almost to the top of the mountain, ending with a beautiful and exhilarating descent.
