The beef sold in our butcher shop is unique in several ways: our cattle rearing method has been passed down from generation to generation, our feed is produced at the farm and the meat is prepared by a dedicated team whose objective is to provide you with top quality products and service. (We recommend contacting us to reserve your favourite cuts!)
The butcher service on the farm also offers: veal, pork, lamb, local kid as well as Quebec chicken, which come from companies that have met our quality criteria.
- Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m .; in summer, Sunday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Operation period: Year-round
