The beef served at the butcher's is unique, thanks to the way it is raised, which has been handed down from generation to generation, the food it eats, which is produced on the farm, and the preparation of the meat by a team that takes special care to ensure your satisfaction with both the product and the service. (Reservations are recommended to ensure you get your pick of the bunch!)
Our on-farm butchery service also offers local veal, pork, lamb, kid and chicken from companies that meet our quality criteria.
