Since 2011, La Belle Gousse has been based in a pretty farmhouse in Saint-Damien, in the Lanaudière region.
A project to grow autumn garlic has slowly taken root. Driven by the desire to offer a quality and healthy product, we decided to use organic farming methods, without pesticides or chemical fertilizers.
The evolution of our business has naturally led us to emphasize the value of the product of the soil, processing garlic and garlic flowers... in all their forms!
