Celebrating 35 years! We operate a Belgian style artisanal delicatessen-butchers. Free-range Lanaudière pork and choice of game meat. We cook a variety of classic and gourmet dishes base on veal, ostrich, bison, duck, deer, pheasant, wild boar, etc. Wide selection of Quebec and imported cheeses. Breads, pies and pastries made on the spot. Salads, various dry sausages and drinks to complement your visit to our picnic area. Tasting at any time.

Schedule: May 7 to October 11, 2010: Monday to Thursday, 9 am to 6 pm; Friday, 9 am to 9 pm; Saturday and Sunday, 9 am to 5 pm. July and August: Saturday, 8:30 to 6 pm and Sunday, 8:30 am to 5 pm.
