Kan-À-Mouche Lodge
Welcome to a soul-warming getaway in the serenity of nature. A secluded and exclusive haven, on the shores of a 74-acre private lake surrounded by 185 acres of forest. Rainbow trout and speckled trout abound in the cool and limpid spring-fed waters. We offer a very comfortable stay in typical northern style. In full harmony with the surrounding forest, the 14 buildings are set close to the water, nestled among century-old pines and spruces. Four of the buildings are within 15 feet or less of the lakeshore with the biggest one right beside the water.
A lakeside restaurant or communal hall, friendly bar and a wide patio overlook the water. 2 hours from Montréal and 3 hours from Québec City. Only 3 miles from the Taureau reservoir and municipality of Saint-Michel-des-Saints, where all public services can be found. Nearly all summer and winter tourist activities are offered for compete enjoyment of the great outdoors. Site is very accessiblewith a 1/2-mile private driveway, and yet privacy and seclusion are assured. Our 4-season wilderness resort is the perfect place to truly experience nature and adventure.
