Les Volailles d'Angèle
Our mission is to offer to families that care about their food a range of high-end meat and processed products (no trans fats or gluten) grain-fed chicken, certified organic turkey, French guinea fowl and muscovy duckentirely from our farm and home-made. In addition to our meats and cuts, you can shop for sausages, pâtés, tourtière, pies, rillettes, confit, smoked meat and delicious cooked ready-to-eat dishes.
Admission: guided tour of the farm for groups of 15 or more, $5 per person. Individual tours (without tasting), $3 per person. Cash only.
